Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We are not liable for any losses that may result from the termination of your account, including any loss of accumulated mining balance where termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to mining rewards, token values, or conversion rates. Any projections or estimates communicated through the App or our channels are forward-looking and subject to change.
Participation in Zeta Network does not constitute a financial investment. ZX tokens and mining balances are utility-based digital assets. Always conduct your own research.
